Returns & Exchanges

Request an Exchange or Return

Contact us via email at hola@senoritagalante.com, using the subject line: EXCHANGE.

Please provide the following information in the email: full name, order number and

reason for exchange or return.

Do not return any product before completing the procedure above.


Return terms

An exchange must be requested within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of

receipt.

If the buyer decides to return the item for a refund, the purchase can be returned up to

7 (seven) days, from the date of receipt.


Shipping

The shipping cost of the first exchange or return will be paid by Señorita Galante. After

contacting us by email, you will receive a mail authorization code so the product can be

mailed at any post office (applicable in Brazil only).

Conditions for Product Return

The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and with the brand

labels. Return the product invoice (Danfe) that comes with the product.


Product Analysis

Upon receipt, the product will be analyzed by our quality control department. The

analysis may take up to 5 (five) business days. If the return or exchange is not

authorized, the product will be returned to the buyer with an explanation outlining the

reason(s) why the exchange or return cannot be made.
